– Had this phone a while now and the reason I got this type was I am in mud/woods/rough areas quite a lot and needed something that would take the use that that comes with, this has been great and I even slammed the boot of the car on it (half in half out of the car) and not a scratch, I didn’t do it on purpose by the way lol, great phone for the use I bought it for

Keeps changing service on me – This phone has automatically selected 2g 3g 4g network you can not select 4g alone so it will connect to a different network . when it switches it refuses to go back to my actual network of t mobile. I had T-Mobile do their tech support stuff and doesn’t help they hung up on me after hours being on the phone eventually after several calls t mobile says the phone isn’t compatible to their service even though it does connect but for some reason disconnects and connects to a service i don’t have. Was sent a new SIM nothing helps t mobile doesn’t care so for now I use this phone til it messes up again and I take the SIM out put it in my old phone it connects to T-Mobile to take it back out and put it back in this phone that’s the only way I could ever get it back on my network and not every time does it work. There’s something wrong with this phone I don’t know what . my one game app closes out almost immediately and Google play has done the same thing. There is no f150 on the screen like in the photo. The f150 has time in military that I can’t change and haven’t seen no improvement to service while its on like it claims. the outside is highly plastic looking and touch. every rugged phone I’ve had before has been more rubberized look and feel to them. I don’t have a problem with pictures and face or finger unlock I don’t use. Wish it would work correctly on my network I regret getting this phone and will never buy this brand again. Don’t buy it.

– I have had one of these phones before, this has better everything. The slim big phones look nice, but i love this phone, i can do everything i need to and if i do drop it, you pick it up and off you go. This is the only phone for me from now on.

– i haven’t been able to use the phone it has turned off like 50 times it’s all it does.. there is no facial recognition or fingerprint readers.. like i said don’t bother wasting £140 my other phone is broke so i bought this i had to save up for months so now it doesn’t work i have no phone…

– This is a hefty bit of kit bought for my other half who is heavy handed with items like phones. It is fairly easy to use if you’re used to Android phones and amazing value for money. Fingers crossed it will survive my husband’s heavy handling. So far, so good.
