This is a T-Mobile Device – The phone itself is great. Nice feel in the hand, snappy, good features, etc. It did not come packaged with a warp charger, though it did come with a generic (ADuro) charging block and cable, and two SIM removal tools. One of them was placed directly on top of the phone, which was loosely bouncing around in the box.

Said Sprint works with metro pcs – No way to unlock Bootloader. Oneplus won’t do it because they say it’s locked down to Sprint. Sprint won’t unlock it unless you know the previous owners phone number or account number. I returned these phones because of these reasons. If you are a Android developer like me or just require a rooted phone I recommend the IN2015 if you are in the US. You can easily just fastboot unlock the Bootloader without all of the hoops that I have had to go through. Just for in the end have to pay ups package packing to return them.

Powerful and capable – I’ve been looking at this phone for a while now and even when the 8Pro has more to show for itself this is pretty much al you need even if you’re a power user.

Fast, holds charge lasts all day, plenty of storage, easy to transfer, works with Verizon – This is the 2nd refurbished OnePlus phone I bought off of Amazon, I have a 7 pro and bought This 8 5g for my son. We are on the same plan with Verizon, mine I just switched Sim card’s with the Old phone and used the simple transfer app you have to setup on both phones does it WiFi, was easy, not everything transferred correctly, but most did, I just keep my old phone around for the phone #’s that didn’t, not too many, just a couple. This phone the 8 5g. I think my son had to call Verizon and switch to CDMA and get a new SIM card cause his old one just worked on 4g LTE, but the 8 worked on 4g right away with old card, everything was working but he wasn’t getting texts so he had to call and switch to CDMA I guess and it started working, he is texting he thought it was a little hot but said that was in his car and he lives in Florida and has no AC, STONE AGES, but he loves the phone, had it for about a month now, I haven’t heard anymore complaints, says the battery lasts all day, he is going to purchase the Warp charger about $20 but it’s really not necessary, it lasts all day, that’s why I got him a new phone for his birthday his old phone was always dead, but he still never answers the phone for me!!! Hahaha but yeah last time I asked he said it was great, couldn’t get over how fast it was, I think he came from a galaxy 8 wasn’t working too good anymore, was $800 when new, it was fairly old like 3 or 4 years, so it was time for a new one, he said it’s like night and day compared. And he only had 32gb on the galaxy that’s another reason it’s so much faster, 128 gb and faster processor, it’s like instantaneous he says, so is mine, I think they are both the same phone the 8 is just 5g plus I got 256 GB for the same price, but he doesn’t need it and neither do I, a 128 gb is a lot of apps and files and if it fills up with file’s you can just take them off and download to a computer or something. PS android 11 update had a problem for a few days or weeks but seems everything is back to normal, mine just had an update last night, was having a little problem receiving texts but worked through it, was resetting phone and stuff, a little annoying but seems to be okay now, been okay for a while. But would definitely recommend to anyone, great deal, phones are both like brand new, just wish the Warp charger came with it, I forget what one I bought off here, I think it’s a different one for the 8 than the 7, and the cheapest one had bad reviews so good luck with that, would have been nice if it came with it!!! But I guess you would pay more for it anyway GL update 2 yeah googled it, it’s different, charges full in 39 minutes, it’s $28 on OnePlus site but they are out of stock, but it’s the 65w, 10v Warp charger, wish I waited, got the 30w in like November

Deep scratches on screen and chips all over phone from being dropped – The phone itself seemed to work fine but there were deep scratches in the middle of the screen and on the top left by the camera which affected camera quality. There were multiple deep chips on the corners of the frame where it looks like the phone was dropped multiple times. This phone was not in renewed condition as specified and by Amazon’s own qualifications would be closer to “good”. Also the phone came with a charging brick but no actual cable for charging. Overall disappointed with quality of product received.

Great phone with great price – I always had iphones (7 plus) my screen cracked bad. So I decided time for a new phone but I didn’t want to blow $1000 for a new one and didn’t want extra fees on my existing plan. So I enlisted my tech savvy brother for help. Never heard of a one plus phones. It has not disappointed I like it better then my iphone I had for years. A little bit of learning curve switching to an Android but no big deal. Great battery life and it’s refirbished. I just charge at night and I am good to go all day. The camera is great. Good high quality picture for videos. This phone is just as great as the $1000 iphones or Samsung but a fraction of the price. I have been very happy with it. Suits all my needs.
