Be careful! Not carrier unlocked – This came carrier locked to T-Mobile. It was not difficult to get a code to u lock it but every time I flash it, I need to go through a carrier unlock routine and provide a file I received from T-Mobile/OnePlus.

An Unlocked phone was never locked to any network. A unlocked t-mobile phone has bloatware. – That’s not a proper way to advertise. While its unlocked it does have the tmobile bloatware.

Excellent – I have been a OnePlus fan since 2019. This was my second phone of the series. With unmatching photo capabilities and smooth finishes it is awesome for both work and fun. Oops…work? well, here lies the problem. I had to return this wonderful phone ‘cos my company do not permit its app to run on it. (….chineese origin may be). So reluctantly I had to return it.

Not factory unlocked – TMobile boot screen and wouldn’t work on Verizon. Returns seem to be taking a long time so unless you like waiting for your own money back I wouldn’t buy this. I sent this phone back two weeks ago and haven’t received my refund yet.
