It does have a little weight to it, but you’ll get used to it. – I’ve had this phone for 3 months now and it works. It is a well made phone that does what it is supposed to do when it is supposed to do it.

Great, durable phone! – Battery doesn’t last as long as the other but it has been a blessing. This phone is tough and I have absolutely no complaints as of now!

Decent overall phone – It’s a rugged phone, so that’s a bonus, the battery has good life, and it seems to get decent 5g reception. The screen is large and has a good display.

fingerprint reader location sucks – Upgrading from an S8 active. Software is great no bloatware installed. I love the bigger screen and 5g connection. Using on TMobile.

Almost a perfect phone, and very good as is… – After lots of research on rugged phones, I chose this primarily due to Nokia’s two year free warranty, free OS and security updates for three years, and brand reputation.

Great product, a bit large in hand. – After watching some youtube videos, I was convinced to purchase the Nokia XR20. It’s nice not to have to worry about your phone. This thing is indestructible. The videos show all kinds of abuse, and as Timex used to say – Takes a Lickin’, and keeps on Ticking.

Bad audio on video playback – Nice phone but it won’t stream or play videos without serious audio lag. Got in touch with Amazon to return the phone and Amazon told me to keep the phone and gave me my refund. So now I have a $450 cell phone. I’d like to see if it could be fixed.

Great battery, OK graphics – The battery is awesome, I can work outside with it on a winter day with the screen on 3/4 brightness, and the battery makes it through the day. When indoors it would probably last 2 days of light/moderate use.
