10 reviews for Nokia 8210 4G Dual-SIM 128MB ROM +

– Speaker on 3 different phones all new 8210 have all got the same crackling when receiving calls
R. O (verified owner)–
– If like me you wanted a music player phone weigh good battery life then you’ll be disappointed at the sound quality, the built in mp3 player on this 8210 4G isn’t powerful, it sounds tinny and poor quality despite loading 256kbps mp3 files on it and using monitor headphones. I had high hopes for this phone but I just don’t think the quality is there. I also tried with ear buds and the sounds even worse. For calls or texts it’s good however powering the phone on is temperamental, I have to press the power button 5 or more times for it to power on. Is it worth £65, definitely not given the quality and cheap plasticky feel or the device. I owned the original 8210 and this doesn’t hold a candle to it the original was far better but getting new batteries for those was not easy. It’s a shame because I know Nokia can do better especially for this price point.

– Was looking for a “dumbphone” with some basic features and hopefully decent quality but with this phone, Nokia don’t quite get it right. The main issue was not being able to get the Opera mini browser to work at all (despite contacting Nokia customer support) but also the fact the buttons are very small and flimsy. The cameras on all these feature phones (not just Nokia) are always very low quality too. Shame because it does have a nice display and lets you do the basics well like texting, calling and a few other things.
N. Z (verified owner)–
– Low effort device from HMD. poor screen, half finished menus. T9 is still dumb. Doesn’t feel as premium as the original 8210 (the original 8210 was a premium device not a budget handset) the camera runs at out 3 potatoes of resolution. Zero KaiOS so no WhatsApp.
P. S (verified owner)–
– No sound on receiving notifications/ texts so had to return. Really liked the phone so ordered again and exactly the same problem with the second one. Everything else calls, radio, alarm etc worked 100% so it could be problem that Nokia are not yet aware of with it being a brand new released phone
