Functions just fine – I gave the fingerprint reader a three because it is difficult to get to with a protective case. The only real issue I had was the included screen protector: it is only a plastic scratch protector, not a glass impact protector. I learned this the hard way. Peel that dumb thing off and replace with impact glass. Other than that, the reception is fine and the battery life is good.

Budget and great phone – I replaced Nokia 5.3, its predecessor, with Nokia 5.4. It was a good decision. Generally 5.3 was nice. Budget, all needed features, nice and “enough” outlook, and off-the-shelf OS – no customized apps by OEM or ad apps. Only complain was camera quality – very slow shutter speed caused blurry images and low-light sensitivity was neither good. 5.4 fixes everything – it has a nice and descent camera, it works nicely day and night. There can be better phones than 5.4, but not in the same price range – you may need to pay at least x2, possibly x3. Well-done, Nokia, I love it!
