Cheap phone with a stupid button. – My biggest gripe is the stupid google button on the side of the phone. I keep accidentally hitting it, and it interrupts whatever I was doing. It’s also missing key android features like drawing over other apps, which definitely inhibits productivity for me since I focus better with youtube in the background and can’t afford wifi to do work on my laptop. I did initially struggle to get it to connect to the internet as well, when I actually had internet (rip), I had to update the phone on my mobile network in order to connect. At least the texting and phone call features work 90% of the time.

Just the basics – The phone is solid for the price. The software is relatively snappy and smooth, a few slow downs here and there. Cameras are ok, video is great on the main camera. Battery life is outstanding. Overall the phone covers the basics really well.

Phone camera seems to be malfunctioning – not taking or saving photo all of a sudden! – Camera seemed to have stopped working all of a sudden and not taking any pictures. Still has loads of memory left so dont understand why the phone is doing that 4 months after buying it.

Product says US Version, but comes with European charger adapter only. – I had ordered the US version of the Nokia 1.4 and when I received it, I swapped out my SIM card and storage. When I went to charge the phone, I only had the European charger and all instructions are NOT in English. This was the phone I wanted, but I live in North America, more specifically Canada. What can you do to rectify this issue?
