Not for me – I didn’t have this phone long enough to know if it is good or not. I am used to flip phones and I knew when I got it that it was not for me. As it turned out none of the phones I tried worked because Virgin Mobile apparently changed their plans. No notification, nothing. Found a new phone that won’t do that to me.

Dependable – Ive had this phone a week and its everything I could ever ask for. Long battery life, clean crisp screen, easy to use. I don’t want a lot of bells and whistles but this phone has more than I would ever need. The only problem I may have is that I paid over 100 dollars and I see other people have bought it for 80ish. Oh well, at least I like it.

Great phone to have – Love this phone! At first when I got it I had a SIM card issue but contacted virgin mobile about it and it was replaced by mail within a week. Love the phone and would highly recommend it to anyone. Just wish the screen was wider though like my other phone I had.

Great Phone!! – Despite having to change phone service, and it lagging at first. The phone is GREAT!! Once all the updates downloaded and I was able to get it activated, it’s been amazing. I appreciate the extra fingerprint security and the color is so modern. Also an added bonus is that the seller was quick to respond to my emails when I had concerns. I was questioning my purchase because my phone service was saying it wasn’t compatible, even though they informed me that I needed a prepaid phone in order to keep my service. Nonetheless, it all worked out and I am soooooooo very glad I decided to keep this phone. I enjoy the long battery life, a definite upgrade for me!!!
