      Good phone but not fully unlocked so couldn’t use – The phone was beautiful, great, but it came as unlocked and refurbished. Verizon was very much still integrated into the phone and my TMobile tech support couldn’t seem to get it fully unlocked. Consequently, whether or not I would have internet connection was iffy and spotty. I gave up at the point I lost all internet connection, and sent the phone back.

      Loosing reception while driving…. – No idea what’s happening with the reception while driving, can’t hear … And overall reception poor.

      bad choice – phone was getting hot. not compatible with cricket. matter of fact it messed up my sim card completely and couldn’t use my sim card in my old phone again. terrible device. not unlocked.
