Great phone, exactly as described. – Would almost say it was NOS as there is not even a tiny bit of wear. Doesn’t come with a SIM card tool, so borrow one or find a very thin staple to unbend to use as one. That would be my only complaint.

Great smart phone! – I have been a Motorola fan since the 90’s with my first Star Tech. This phone does every thing most need from a smart phone. This phone is 2 years old now and still last a full day on one charge. I am some what anal about not charging until the phone is very low on battery to promote longer life. The only short coming of this phone is that the camera is not as good as some of the high end phones on the market right now. Other wise I doubt you could get a better phone for the money.

Phone in excellent physical condition but wasn’t factory reset. – Phone was physically in excellent condition, in a new box, with paperwork with Amazon’s logo on it. I found out on Christmas day the phone was still locked by the previous owner and literally spent part of Christmas day hacking the phone as if I was trying to wipe a stolen phone. Once that was done, all was well.

Great budget phone, if the battery lasted longer, it would be perfect. – Motorola always makes a great product. I used to have a Moto G5 but the battery didn’t last longer than a year. I’ve up graded to this G7. It’s a great phone but just like the five, I can tell the battery will probably not last too long. The software is very fast. Photo quality isn’t the greatest but it is a budget phone and good enough for the price.

For the price is very good – Speaker isn’t the best. Bluetooth volume on calls is lower than I would prefer. And the phone I got had a MySprintLauncher app on it that was persistent. It would pop up all the time as failed. I managed to open up the developer programming (tap the About button 7 times) and disable it using a computer and a program called Minimal ADB. There are tutorials online for this.

The one I received was T-Mobile only – I am a huge fan of Motorola phones in general. I’ve owned the Moto G(3), the Moto G6 Play, the Moto G7 Power, and was going to go a Moto G7 Play. After returning this phone (you’ll see why), I bought a Moto G Play 2021.
