Worst phone ive ever had – Ok first i have to say the seller was AMAZING. It took 3 replacements before i got one that worked right. 1st one had audio issues. 2nd one had a defect in the screen that spread 2″ into the screen in a week. Then this one. I honestly should have returned it as well but i firstly felt bad because i know this was a pita for the seller. Second, i put off even activating it for fear of it not working right and being out of the 30 day window.

Can’t tell it’s not new – I ordered this to replace an older LG phone. It looks great and I couldn’t tell that it was not brand new. Great battery life and I’m very happy with the phone.

Not 5G nationwide compatible. Great phone otherwise. – My husband loves this phone for gaming and streaming music over the new, faster 4G (156mbps down, tested.) It’s a great deal at this price (257). I got it because the cpu/gpu benchmarks are great, it has 6Gb of RAM, and 128GB of internal space should be enough to go nuts with all the apps he wants, plus it allows SD micro cards for storage. According to my research I believe it’s rootable too! I haven’t tried it yet but soon I shall. We haven’t used the camera much so no comments on that. My husband loves the improved graphics compared to my LG V20. Games look much more 3D.

Great choice – I was changing to a new phone from my Note 5 and after doing my research and reading customer reviews, decided to go with the Lg v50 phone. The phone arrived a day earlier than expected and in great shape other than a minor scratch on the fingerprint reader. I went into my Verizon store and had them switch my number over. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. The screen is amazing, the battery life lasts for quite a while. The camera quality is great, And although there’s a scratch on the fingerprint reader, it still works no problem.

Just ok…not a 5G catch anywhere, even in the biggest cities. – Poor 5g on verizon.

Says 5G but displays 4G – I bought because it stated it was a 5G phone. It’s been back to Verizon for assistance two times, and needs another visit. It wouldn’t allow calls or to make calls. It was switching in/out apps without me telling it to. It is now not allowing to go to certain sites. I love LG, but as a refurbished phone it has some kinks. It takes beautiful pictures, and has taken a while to figure out general navigation. Otherwise, I would love it if it behaved.

Good upgrade from an aging V20 – Works much like my V20 so it was familar but updated and faster than my old phone.
