Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

– This phone is not available in Canada. Unable to connect to mobile data services. I also spoke to LG directly who told me that repairs or servicing is not available. Amazon.ca should not be selling items that are not Canadian

Great looking phone, everything works great except WiFi Calling will not enable! – I have contacted my carrier Safelink Wireless (it’s programmed with an AT&T phone number though) numerous times and have received and installed 2 new sim cards and still cannot get WiFi Calling to enable! I was told by both Safelink and AT&T that these phones are locked to AT&T and the only way to get WiFi calling to work is you have to get your service directly from AT&T so they can lock your phone number into their service and not any other carrier like Safelink, Net10 or T-Mobile. It will not work even though I have an AT&T phone number… When I called up AT&T and even went in to an AT&T store they told me that they can’t locate my account because I’m not directly with them and that my service account is with Safelink, THIS STINKS!!! I either have to stay with Safelink and forgo WiFi calling or cancel my service and setup new service directly with AT&T at a higher monthly fee just to enable WiFi calling… Other than that the phone itself is great, it’s quick, fingerprint sensor works great, facial recognition also works very quick. I was even able to upgrade to Oreo 9.0 The only other downside to this phone is the battery life, my old phone was a BLU Vivo 8 and the battery in that phone would last up to 2 days, with the V35 using the same apps in the same manner as the old Vivo 8 this V35 lasts if I’m lucky maybe 1 day. Screen display is great, camera takes wonderful pictures and videos, sound is so so with only one speaker. It’s much faster and the screen is much better than my Vivo 8 with no notch at the top of the screen. I even installed a 256mb microSD card into the available slot to store picts, videos and most apps to free up processing speed. For the price it’s a great phone.

Great Phone, some info about unlocking. – First of all, I want to clear up some stuff about the carrier of this phone.

Fantastic phone for the money! – I bought this device to activate on Straight Talk GSM, and as advertised, this product is unlocked. AT&T’s bloatware is relatively unintrusive, and after cleanup it doesn’t take up much of the device’s internal storage.

– Unlike other LG brands I have used, LG V35’s battery doesn’t drain fast when idle or talking. Like other LGs I have owned, it’s battery drains fast when using other social applications or surfing internet.
