wrong phone – Actually ordered a G6, so this was a bit better. It was in perfect condition and has functioned wonderfully for a year.

Great – Great first phone for my daughter

Energy elves in my phone? – I came from a gen 2 pixel. This refurbished LG is a far better phone. No app crashes, fast processing speed, better built in sound, and a seemingly unbelievable battery life. It leaves me wondering if there is an elf on a hampster wheel in my phone charging my phone. With the pixel i was regularly looking for an energy source to plug into. With this LG V30 Ive deliberately tried to blow through the battery with max volume, brightest screen setting, tethering, frequent work email pushes, even unplugged overnight while using bose sleep buds bluetoothed to the unplugged phone. I now even use the droid sleep app which is active all night. With all this usage the battery charges to 98% after being plugged in to my car charger during my 35 minute commute. Combine all this with a far better screen clarity and whats not to love? Oh yeah and this V30 cost 1/3 what my pixel cost AND Verizon gave me $60 to recycle my glass cracked glitchy pixel as a statement credit. Wow.

Renews units. After 4 purchased, they are almost like new, and perform as new. – The “RENEWS” phones that I received ( I purchased total of 4) were consistently almost like new. Three of four

Recieved device with Kill Switch – I purchase this LG V30 Verizon model from the seller GoOverstock, but seems it had Kill Switch enabled, preventing it from being factory reset from off position. This might mean the device was lost, or stolen. Seller needs to check this better. Returning it as I don’t want possibly stolen device.

Love this phone – This is a perfect phone, have been using it everyday for over a month and still haven’t had any battery issues or any other issues with this device. Easy to use, great price and very attractive.

Phone was defective – I purchased this phone for my Dad, it was an upgrade for him. The phone stopped charging he bought 2 chargers, $25 worth, thinking that was the issue. Took it to a local phone dealer and found that the charging assembly unit was defective . Paid another $80 to get phone repaired. The only reason why I didn’t return it is because my Dad lives in Puerto Rico and it would’ve been an even greater hassle plus he had no other phone to use.
