Good phone but check compatibility with SIM Card and data services. – It was worth the purchase of the phone. The only problem I have is that even with the data on, it doesn’t allow to me to use it. I called my company’s phone service (Claro) and they said that it was the phone, not the SIM Card nor the company’s service. But still, it’s a good phone to hold for a bit until you can get an upgrade.

The battery was old – I got a old battery with the phone, and I didn’t have time to return the phone because it was brought for someone out of the country and I told Amazon that I can send a picture of the battery and was told that will not help. After I told them I only have a problem with the battery being old.

This phone was purchased for someone that was suffering from a stroke and this phone has proven to be a very easy phone for them to learn how to use. I would also advise that this phone is good for children under the age of 10. The price was right The service was easy to connect after putting in the SIM card and so far no real issues. be advised that this is not a lightning fast phone but if you are just using it to make calls and receive text messages it’s perfect!
