    Purchase advice :

    • Warranty :

Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?

    • Shipping :

Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)

    • Proof of purchase :

Does the shop give you an invoice ?

    • After-sales service :

Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Lacking Useful Info for Users – First, I haven’t really used this phone yet. I’ll update my review when I do. (I’m waiting on my phone company to send me a nano SIM card.)

Top Choice for Replaceable Battery – The battery in my HTC 10 died after only a year, so I did some research to find a comparable phone with a replaceable battery. The LG G5 seemed the best of what’s out there. Now that I’ve used it a few weeks, here’s my assessment.

    3. B. M (verified owner)

I like it – Very good phone, user friendly, no complains!

    4. N. D (verified owner)

Reliable, functional, and fun – Great product. I tend to be frugal when it comes to mobile devices, so I was looking for a slightly older model of smartphone so that I wouldn’t have to take out a line of credit to afford it. I upgraded to this from the LG G2, which i liked very much and found very reliable. This device has been great so far: battery life is significantly shorter than my last model (around 3 days or so), but charges very rapidly; it does have a lot more memory and oomph in its processor, so media streaming is great. This particular seller sent me a Canadian model, and I am in the US: this actually resulted in a much easier time configuring settings, however I did have to manually set up the APN in order to be able to access my provider’s LTE network. Within 2 weeks of purchasing, i had received 2 OS upgrades (shipped with Android 6 and I’m currently at 8), so this phone was a fantastic compromise in terms of having an older model that is up-to-date in terms of functionality.

Great all around phone – Plus HDMI output capability – It did come in a sealed box and it was unlocked…I’m not sure how they did that. I bought it for the USB-C to HDMI capability to stream Netflix, etc or play video games on my HDTV, works great if you get the right adapter that allows for the HDMI, usb (for keyboard/mouse), and charging port. The one I got was here on amazon, I’ll add the link below. Be warned that the phone to HDTV link up is not always plug and play.

Who Needs the Most Current LG to be Uber Happy? – I bought my wife one of these in Feb 2017 for $450 or so (an H820–ATT). She liked it so much we bought TWO of them here for a shade under $400. Our H831 models were actually originally for the Canadian market with T-Mobile, but came unlocked and useful for our ATT pre-paid plan–but with some manual Network settings required which I copied from my wife’s H820 (you might need to call your carrier’s support line for that). AND, unlike my wife’s H820, these updated quickly to Android 8.0 within a week; making my wife jealous or us, but what can you do? Overall, the phone is great, cameras very nice, battery life good but not fantastic (of course it depends on what you do with your phone–you can’t drive it like a sports car and expect low gas mileage). Would I buy more if I needed to? Sure thing.
