Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Fast. – Fast easy to get used to. But the memory chip keeps being listed as out of socket.

Not very powerful as a phone – too many features …. half day of cleaning Verizon bloat off the phone

Speakerphone microphone has failed after 30 days – Speakerphone microphone has failed after only one month of use. Otherwise the phone worked great. Crossing my fingers the warranty is honored since the return window closed at 30 days after purchase. My original Duraforce Pro was a beast.

Ordered from PrimePhaze, fulfilled by Amazon – First I would say that the product is almost certainly not “new”. My order was from PrimaPhaze and fulfilled by Amazon. The product packaging was quite worn and was not shrink wrapped. There was an ICCID number along with the IMEI number on the printed label attached to the outside of the Kyocera box. There was no SIM card in the phone. There was a new SIM card loose in the Kyocera box that had “Verizon Bulk SIM” printed on it. The ICCID number on the box didn’t match the SIM card in the box. The phone itself had no plastic covering the screen and was loose in the box. The accessories were there and were unopened. The phone appeared to be in good condition. I had some difficulty activating the phone because the ICCID number on the box label didn’t match the SIM card that was provided. I would be very happy with the purchase if it had been advertised as used rather than new and I had paid a used product price. Kyocera’s website says that the phone comes with a preinstalled SIM card. Obviously this phone’s box had been opened and the phones original SIM had been activated and the seller removed the old SIM and included a new Verizon SIM in the box. So I am happy with the phone so far but unhappy with the seller. I believe that I was taken for a couple hundred extra bucks by PrimaPhaze’s dishonesty.

Nearly Indestructible – My wife has a tendency to destroy any phone she has. This little beaut has lasted her the longest. Additionally, the version on Android on it is simplified making it easy to use for those that are technically challenged. If you want all the bells and whistles you may want to steer away from this phone. but if you looking for one that can take a beating, this is the one.

Not as durable as I expected – With it being a Kyocera I was expecting the same great durability that the old school Kyocera phones had unfortunately with this phone supposed to borderline in destructible it didn’t even last my brother a week before it shattered and he just barely dropped it.
