      Not that easy for seniors. – I figured the menu layout would be simple and easy to use, for seniors that might have difficulty with technology. But teaching my mom how to use the contact list and make a call, let alone navigate messages and voicemail, proved to be far too tough.

      Great phone, but is slowly stopping working. – This phone works great for my grandfather, who’s 81 now. However, he’s barely had the phone for a year and it’s already glitching and messing up.
