Seniors must have – I ordered this for my elderly mom and it is a must have for the elderly . It even has an emergency button.

Not that easy for seniors. – I figured the menu layout would be simple and easy to use, for seniors that might have difficulty with technology. But teaching my mom how to use the contact list and make a call, let alone navigate messages and voicemail, proved to be far too tough.
