Check network compatibility in your area and carrier. – This is a great phone. I love its appearance, color, the pictures taken by this phone and all functions. The feeling of holding this phone is so good. It is very hard decision for me is to return the phone. The phone did not compatible with T-mobile network in my area, although it works with other reviewers. It is too bad Huawei phone did not on US market. I am still shopping for a Huawei phone…..

Great phone for the money – I got this for my mother-in-law. She is loving it so far. The phone feels more expensive than its price range. Nice glass construction front and back, machined aluminum chassis in anodized pink finish. OS is easy to use, she has no problem using it so far. Camera quality is great! The screen does seems a bit dim in the beginning but after some tweak on setting it is fine. Also it comes with a clear soft phone case. The case is pretty good quality, so if you are ok with a soft clear case, you don’t need to order a case with it. It doesn’t come with screen protector though. Overall, very happy with it so far.

Battery life is horrible! – This phone pretty much sucks. I considered myself upgrading to this model from the P10 lite and honestly the P10 feels and seems more premium than this one!

Get it!! – I’ve had this phone for a week now and honestly, I love it more and more every day. It has a sleek look, recommend the Sakura pink, great display, camera, and all around function. Was a bit skeptical at first, considering how cheap the phone is for what it has, but I’m not disappointed. Has the look of the iPhone X but the great features I’ve always loved, of an android. If you’re on the fence about this phone, just get it. You won’t be disappointed.

Huawei P20 lite: Best phone for the price. – Amazing screen, battery, cameras, and build. An extremely thin device with a massive screen/body ratio. It feels great to hold. The CPU is not extremely power like some phones, but still manages to keep the phone super snappy and smooth. The lack of a decent GPU can impact performance in some games, but definitely not a deal breaker. Battery life is more than all day for light/moderate usage. From 10am-10pm still at 50%. Very loud speakers for both music and calls. USB type C with a fast charger. This phone has everything I could need in a phone, even has a headphone jack while still managing to be thinner than an iPhone. Only con is the lack of an IR blaster, but this can easily be overlooked based on the price of the phone and how many other amazing features it manages to pack into the price. A strong recommendation for a cheap phone that doesn’t lack features.

don’t work with ATT sim out of the box – While the phone is best bang for your buck .. I mean it’s mid $300 for a phone that pack with feature .. you can’t beat it ..

Does not work for T-mobile. Do not be fooled. – This phone is amazing. The look and feel of it portrays one of a high end, top tier phone. My ONLY issue with this phone was the connectivity. It was described as a phone that would work with a T-mobile SIM card. When I got the phone, I was able to use my service only to see that I could only use the service through Wi-Fi. Once it was time to go to work, I couldn’t make calls, use social media apps or even YouTube. After taking the phone to my tmobile store, they said that the phone didn’t support the bands. If this worked with my service, I would give it a million stars. The speakers are the loudest I’ve ever had on a phone and super clear. The camera is decent; better than any other phone at this price range. I’m not a fan of the fingerprint/face scan but this phone opened my phone so fast. Even in the dark, I can still open my phone. If Amazon can provide a version that works with Tmobile, I would buy this back in a heartbeat.

Not in English. – The first thing I noticed is that all the paperwork inside the box is in what appears to be Japanese (could be Chinese). Next, it has a bunch of built-in apps that are in Japanese, including some that pop up notifications – even though I selected United States and English at setup up. During the setup process, I received notices (in Japanese) about updating many of these apps. The default keyboard was tough to use too, clearly intended as a hybrid English/Japanese set up. I have been able to uninstall some, but not all, of these apps, and customize the keyboard to make it more like the standard US one, but all of this has been a lot of effort and incomplete.
