A good phone – This phone has a lot of memory so I should not have to worry about running out of room for apps like I did on my prior phone with 16 gigabytes of memory. It also has a high capacity battery to keep it charged for 24 hours. I don’t use facial recognition or the fingerprint reader, so I can’t comment on those features.

Good phone… if it wasn’t defective! – I’ve grown to really love the Pixel line of phones, especially the value you can get by opting for a renewed, older-gen A-series device, but it can be a hit-or-miss experience on Amazon. The device was supposed to be in “excellent” condition and granted, it was in very good condition, except for one thing: there were massive deadzones in the touchscreen, making the keyboard infinitely more difficult to use, among other things. Literally everything was frustratingly hard to do on this phone because of the touchscreen, and in my mind, $150 for a phone is still a lot of money, and you wouldn’t pay a lot of money and be satisfied with a dysfunctional product would you? So I’ve opted to return the device and buy another one in the same price range; we’ll see how that goes.

Phone seemed great except that the camera didn’t work. – I actually really liked this phone, which worked great except for one major defect: the front-facing camera would not function. Either just showed a black screen, or would show an image which was out of focus; image would lag and stutter when moving the camera to frame a shot. I was really disappointed that this reconditioned phone was so defective as in all other aspects it seemed to be working perfectly.

Great phone – After breaking the screen on my pixel 6, I needed a phone real quick. I got this phone actually looking for the pixel 4a 5G but this was a great replacement as well I don’t regret the purchase.
