Exactly 1 year into it & had to fix the battery. – The phone kept on restarting until the battery died. Took to the local repair shop and had to replace the old battery. This was my 4th pixel phone facing the same issue again and again. Giving 4 star only coz of the consistent battery issues I have faced over the span of 3 yrs with different pixel models, otherwise no android phones can beat pixel. Pixels are the best !!

Battery needs replaced after one day – The phone itself seems to be working fine, but after one day of use the battery is already being eaten 10 to 12% per hour. when I asked them to pay for a battery replacement they said I could return this phone for a full refund. However, that will leave me without a cell phone which I cannot be without it because I conduct business on it and I have five children. They test the batteries, but stated if they’re not below a certain percentage they do not replace them. I think that should be made more clear. Now I’m probably going to be out over $100 by the time I get an expert to replace this battery. So all in all the phone is fine, but you better make sure just pointed questions about the battery before buying from them.

Absolutely great experience!!! – Everything was great. I was a little suspicious at first since I’ve never bought a phone from here. But phone works great, absolutely no scratches or anything, charger works great as well. Great experience. I will buy from them again.

Functions and looks like a brand new phone- I got a Google model with eSIM support – I have previously bought three OG Pixel XL’s on the Amazon Renewed program. One was as new, and the other two were nearly new with very minor scratches on the back only. One went back for volume issues and was replaced with a nearly new unit. This Pixel 3XL was absolutely as new, not a scratch dent or ding even on the back! It activated on my network with no issues and all functions work as they should. I’m the power user in my household so it was time for an upgrade even though I very much liked my OG Pixel XL. I’m not kidding, this Pixel 3XL unit is so nice I put it in a clear case because well frankly, I’m Android/Google Pixel proud! I just love the Pixel line, Y.M.M.V.
