Overall not upset – I mean the phone works great and all but the charger that came with it is crap. Not really a huge deal but it would have been nice.

Love this little phone but, it runs hot and eats the battery – Really likeable little phone. Delivered to me in pristine condition. It was running Android 9 and immediately upgraded itself to Android 12. I think the new OS with the old hardware is too much for my little buddy. The phone was almost too hot to hold in your hand and the battery life was marginal. So you switch to dark mode and shut down all of the background processes and the phone becomes usable again. (Look it up on youtube). Unfortunately my wife’s finger doesn’t register on the touchscreen very well. Her Iphone 8 is adjustable for touch and works better for her. So it looks like my small friend will have to go back home . So Sorry.

Seems okay – The package arrived with a pretty cheap charging adapter, but the phone seems to be in like-new condition. I haven’t discovered any flaws in a few days of usage.
