It’s couldnt hold. A charge. Amazon graciously exchanged this for me. Amazon is fair and cares❤️ – It wouldn’t keep a charge but Amazon honors there sales and makes sure it’s correct.

Upset/Disappointed – Well I was really looking forward to this phone for my sons birthday but I can not locate where the sim card slot is on it and now all of a sudden when I took it out of the box today and tried to turn it on it will not. It has been fully charged was turning on fine before and now nothing. Highly disappointed as my sons birthday is right around the corner and I now have to order another phone. What a waste of money, like I just flushed it right down the drain. 10/10 do not recommend.

Was bought for straight talk – Was not compatible. Having to send back for refund

Battery life terrible. – I bought this phone 15th January 2022. The battery life is very bad. If i charged phone 100%, not up to 2hrs the battery will be 0%. Again when you turn off this phone then turn on, it will be doing some update which will take the entire life of the battery, till the battery is dead. This phone is nor recommended for anyone.

Worst phone I have ever purchased – The phones were very slow. And when I received my package the phone was cracked open. Both that I purchased were the same. I would not suggest buying this. I got it for my kids so they can watch kids YouTube and Netflix you can’t even do the simple on it was a bad purchase and product
