I restarted but it never came back. I contacted the customer support, and they gave me a link to download firmware update, but it did not work. Now the phone is totally useless. Great nonbreakable phone – Honest to God truth this is the first phone I’ve not broken with a month of using. I’m notorious in my house for breaking my phone screen, ipad screen, anything mobile that has a screen I’ll drop and break it within 4 weeks without fail. This phone can keep up with me hasn’t cracked even the slightest hairline crack nothing . The battery life is amazing just make sure u plug it in before u fall asleep at night and ur golden. If you don’t plug it in it does take a long time to charge is the only thing but it’s well worth the wait and lasts all day watching videos gaming whatever task that drains the battery it’s got u covered for a long long time all day if fully charged that’s for sure. I love love this phone , did I mention it’s waterproof too. So it joined me in the water park down the waterslide in the wave pool no problem take photos with it while I’m getting splashed with water. This phone can handle the everydays and the waterpark vacation days. Worth every penny and some honestly. Wouldn’t trade it for any phone at this point it’s the best there is in my opinion especially for a busy mom that’s also clumsy as it gets.
