Some problems. – Antenna very poor. Drops many calls and has low connectivity with even major networks (T-Mobile). Camera has poor auto-focus. It does have very good volume and it is very tough.

Service issues – It’s ok. I have Verizon it was working then it started dropping calls. Even in areas it shouldn’t drop calls. It will say please call service provider even after getting a new SIM card. I have to restart the phone and wait 10 minutes before I can call and hopefully it will go threw.

Phone crashed twice in one day. – The day the phone was activated, about an hour later the screen goes red and blurry. I first thought is was a night mode…hmm. I went to access the phone and could not enable any keys to bring back the screen. The phone was dark for about 30 mins. I tried to find if I hit a button but no indication this was a feature so I waived it off. Later that evening when loading apps the phone did the same exact thing. The screen turned red slowly with streak lines, then went black and did was not able to access. Had to wait about 20 mins this time, removed the SIM card, and erased all my data off the phone. Going back to Samsung.

Must have smartphone – I had been looking to get a new phone for a while now but I just wasn’t impressed with the new name brand flagship smartphones. I began looking at rugged smartphones and after weeks of research it came down to this and the AGM Glory pro, The conquest though eventually came out on top and I’m glad I decided to go with this one. I will say I was hesitant at first because who knows I might have gotten ripped off but I was super impressed with it from the start. I love the fact that they give you 4 different ways to charge the phone and the battery life lasts me almost 2 days of heavy use and probably more if I didn’t use it for work so often. If you’re on the fence about buying this phone just hit buy and get it over with, you won’t regret it at all.

Stands with the Best of Them – This is an awesome device! Yes, it is a beast…and I was afraid it was going to be too big and bulky. But when I took it out of the box, it’s perfect. Yes, it’s thick, but it feels good in the hand. I’ve had several rugged phones, but this one beats them all. I just recently started using it, but everything is spot on. The speaker is crazy loud. It’s fast, responsive. I love the fingerprint sensor on the back panel. It works fine in USA (so far) on both Verizon and T-Mobile (dual SIMs). The carbon fiber feels so durable and good. The device is packaged very nicely. It comes with a wireless charger, and a charging dock, which was a very nice surprise. Also came with a pre-applied screen protector and an extra one too. Then, a couple days later, I open the box and I find a holster and a magnetic charger. It just keeps on giving. This device stands right alongside the flagship phones of the larger, better known companies, but this one is certainly a competitor. Conquest does it right! Why did I not learn of them until recently!!! Looking forward to a long relationship with Conquest.
