Not accurate – This is the 1st time I’ve ever said this, but if I could give less than one star I would. We were really excited about this phone since this was the 1st one that my son was going to purchase for himself. When it came however, it did not work. The phone continuously froze and could not log in to his account. The system seemed to think that it was less than an Android 5 even though it’s advertised as an 11. We tried updating but it didn’t do any good. Additionally the phone repeatedly froze with absolutely nothing on it even though it said it had a 128 gb of storage and 6 gb of RAM. We couldn’t open simple websites, and it was completely infuriating. It said it was eligible for return, but when I tried to return it, I immediately got messages saying that it was non returnable in any way and have come up with road block after roadblock (even though the device came defective). Additionally (and this is mostly an oddity), the phone claims to be an android but it has an iPhone body. However when I purchased accessories for the iPhone model it claimed to be, none of the accessories fit properly.
