Wanted a tough Smartphone – So far, after only 2 months, this phone has held up as advertised. As a construction worker, I go through phones all to frequently.

Nice phone, but ATT won’t support it – Great phone, very sturdy. Unfortunately ATT decided to turn it off only a few weeks after we got it, because it’s a 3rd party phone not on their “approved” list. Check that your phone plan will accept before buying.

This phone is a survivor – Last year when I bought this phone in March I had gone through 7 phones of various makes and models (android for life). None of them could stand up to the abuse they get. The flash light gets used all the time and they get bumped and drop sometimes I miss my pocket or forget it’s in my lap. My hands are always wet when working and the phone gets wet all the time mostly cause of the type of work I do. The only thing this phone hasn’t endured yet is a complete submerge. But this is the only phone I’ve had for more then six month and other then the signs of obvious wear around the edges this phone is like the day I bought it. The only thing I’ve done is change the screen protector and there wasn’t any cracks or anything but it was definitely starting to get cloudy from again obvious wear. Most days I go bed with 70% battery or more unless I’m on it all day. but I’ve never run in to my phone is dying unless I forgot to charge it. the camera is pretty good it’s not the best but it does what I need it to. And the phone has plenty of storage. I’d give this phone 6 stars if I could just simply for survival of being my phone lol

Works For Me – The phone is useful for me. It outlasts numerous drops on all sorts of surfaces. I never have to worry about the screen breaking on me. The rubber case did start to get lose – BUT it happened due to me leaving it in the hot trunk of my car this summer. So, my guess is that it has a max. temp the rubber case can survive but not extreme heat. I will try to fix it with superglue because the phone itself is absolutely worth keeping!

Check your cell service vice provider – I was a little upset, that we just found out after less than 6 months of use our phone will no longer work In our area or even lower 48 we were told, With the change in our cell towers in our area we will not have access to 911 in between towns. Phone usually last for years for us and I took a great deal of time picking out this one and now have to purchase new phones

Most frustrating phone I have ever tried to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – With help of a friend it took several hours to set this phone up since no instructions come with it. I chose an ap to give me sunsets, sunrises, and moon phases, and all it shows is the GPS coordinates. It says on the bottom to swipe phone to turn it on, but yesterday I had to swipe it 20-30 times. Today I have been swiping multiple, multiple times, and I cannot get it to open. What good is a phone you cannot open???!!! How do I open the phone???????????????????????

does not work with cricket as of feb. 2021 – Good solid phone , But as of feb this year 2021 cricket will not activate, even if you are a existing customer. Once you remove sim card from your old cat phone your done.

Great Customer Service – This is my third CatPhone. Being able to take the phone. dropped in wet manure, and hold it under the faucet and scrub it with a toothbrush is awesome. If you work for a living, this is the phone for you. The screen is viewable in sunlight. If it had stereo speakers, it would be great.
