    Wasted my money…wish I could give zero stars – Stopped working within two weeks and customer service has not responded. Horrible horrible purchase. That seller will never get my money again.

    Too hard to open for installing SIMs – Bought this as an international phone, but inserting new SIMs for overseas services turned out to be difficult. Screen cracked pretty easily too. Still usable, but you get what you pay for.

    Impossible to get working – The phone comes with the battery outside of it and the instructions just say to “open the phone”. I wish it was that easy. There is NO clear way to open the phone or tool to use and you’re left searching your house for some creative way to gamble opening the phone without breaking it.
