My phone was not water proof. – I really liked the phone but when it fell in water it fried. I was with my children at my in-laws pool and the phone fell out of my pocket and landed on my foot in one foot of water. I picked it up a minute later and the phone wasn’t working. The decal on the back came off revealing a hole. Malodorous smoke started coming out of the hole. It never worked again. I was really disappointed but I expect more out of a ruggedized phone. I had it for a week. The features are fantastic but…..

Solid heavy phone – Very heavy durable phone.. however the Bluetooth function is crappy. It connects but does not stay connected. Infrared feature is fantastic! No lagging when using the phone.

Great phone, shit camera – I love the thermal camera on it as I use it at work. It’s a heavy brick of a phone, but it’s super tough. Can confirm it’s waterproof. The camera sucks though. Pictures and videos are super blurry and crap. Also no AUX.

A great deal on a FLIR IR camera with a garbage phone attached – If you just want this phone for the IR camera, there’s no denying that it’s a pretty solid deal, but if you wanted it to also be a phone unfortunately some terrible software really sours the experience.
