i pay for a new blackberry 9810 and i got a refurished one .until now the phone is not working . – i am very dissapointed with the phone .first the blackberry phone i bought was refurished ,and i pay for a new phone .i am so upset about buying this phone because i took it to my country guyana and i am back and until now that phone did not work ,the phone needs a new board the phone is terrible i am really sorry i bought it ,and it is a phone its has not black berry written on it and it has white manual and i saw the orignal blackberry and it is a total big different ,from the one u guys sell to me .i will like to now what will happen i bought a new phone and has to fix it .it ia not fare someone please help.i am telling everyone do not buy phones on lines no more the say their phone are new but they are not .

Some serious problem – The Blackberry Torch 9810 was sold as ” new ” , but it was not. Scratches on both Green / Red booting on the lower bar.

STILL A GREAT PHONE – I may be ‘old school’ when it comes to replacing technology the minute a newer version hits the market, but I hate to waste money on buying NEWER products when the older version works great. I love BlackBerry phones. They’ve been the only phones I’ve owned since Smartphones became available. It may be my own issue of lacking the ‘know how’ but the availability of downloading Apps is somewhat limiting on BlackBerry (vs Android and Apple phones). I’m not sure I understand the ‘why’ for keeping BlackBerry out of the loop.
