Could have been better but not complaining – Was an over all good phone just felt dated, nothing bad about the software or hardware just not as good of a user experience as I was ho pop ing for.

Great phone! – I finally “upgraded” to a smart phone. Looked a long time for one with a physical keyboard; wanted Android as the old Blackberrys running RIM would not work with data without the expensive BB data plan. This phone is an EXCELLENT unit. Refurbished and truly like new. Battery life is better than anything else I’ve seen. Fingerprint reader is a great way to get to the phone without using the PIN. All-in-all a very fine device.

So far so good – I needed a physical keyboard phone that will work on AT&T after they disable 3G in Feb. 2022. The BB KeyOne is one of the few that will still work so I had to get one.

This is a HOT PHONE – Literally! – One of my first and favorite smartphones was a Blackberry so when I saw the KeyOne and Key2, I decided to go the cheap way and get the KeyOne. Now I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but this thing gets HOT. The first time I charged it, the phone and the charger got so warm I immediately unplugged it to let it cool off. So basically, the first time charging the phone I had to intermittently charge and unplug. I was like: ok, a little alarming but let’s continue. So once I finally got it all charged up, I loaded it up with all of my apps, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. Went to go watch one of my K-dramas and in about 5 minutes in, the phone gets hot. Just playing a video seems to put a heavy load on the CPU and that’s not all – when I go to another app like Amazon or Walmart when the phone is warm, the screen freezes. It takes a good 10 seconds to get where I need to be, and sure – it doesn’t sound like a long time but when you’re used to a phone that responds correctly, it’s frustrating when your new (renewed) phone doesn’t. I have no choice but to return this phone – I loved the physical keyboard and the fingerprint scanner in the space bar but I can’t keep fighting with this thing.

Quit working properly within an hour – This item began showing glitches within an hour of it being operational – to the point it won’t even turn off. What a waste of my time. May not even be able to restore it to factory settings and delete all of my personal information. Absolutely inexcusable.
