LOVING it!! – My latest BlackBerry Key2 was stolen last October and I had a Hell of a time finding one that I was 100% happy with. While I was still trying to get the best value of course (that is, spend as little as possible and still be 100% happy with the phone). So after ordering and then returning about 3 different BlackBerry phones, I finally bit the bullet and, yes, paid a whole lot more (about $500 more), but now I have peace of mind that I can hold on to this one until who knows how long? In the end, I just should have spend the little extra and I wouldn’t have had to waste 4 months of my time and money.

Blackberry succeeded in surprising me a 3rd time. – I’ve been a blackberry lover since the original blackberry curve came out. That phone lasted me 3 years with only replacing the ball once. I still have it and it still works. I spent years bouncing through Samsung galaxies and notes and eventually, with my professional career growing, I decided phones that were great for pictures and facebook would no longer cut it for me. I bought a blackberry PRIV when they came out. Almost 4 years now and I just now upgraded, and only because the battery would occasionally come disconnected internally, which might be from when I dropped it out of my pocket over 18 feet from an atic onto a concrete floor over 2 years ago. No, nothing broke, not even the screen.

Verizon User – I brought the phone into a Verizon store because of some of the recommendations from some of the reviews here. I asked them about possible issues with text messages, and they had no idea what I was talking about. They recommended I call tech support if I have any issues.

How to use the phone. – The phone did not come with an operator’s manual, and this is my first smart phone, so while some people have been able to show me how to use some of the features on it, it has also been a lot about trial and error, and while I’m still learning, it has been a slow and painful effort, and I still do not know how to use many of it’s features.
