      It wasn’t a new device – I bought this device a couple of months ago as a NEW device. A few days ago the finger scanner stopped working. I contacted Blackberry for support, and they request the IMEI number. Blackberry told me that the device wasn’t new, it was refurbished. I really feel ripped off, this was a scam. This issue has been exhausting and time consuming for me since I have had to explain several times to Amazon the issue and I ended up losing more money to get a real new device that works. I hope you will stop lying to your clients.

      BB Key2LE Android Phone – Super fast delivery by Amazon seller. Great set up help from Blackberry. AT&T provisioned the phone card in under 20 minutes. It replaces my BB Passport, which is bigger with a better more readable screen and better keyboard. But alas, the phone stopped working, and the new BB has all the Android apps that the obsolete Passport lacks. (Uber, LinkedIn, Libby, Fitbit, etc, etc)
