Nice rugged phone – This is really a mind blow phone where having so much cool functions. I have owned several rugged phones before and none of them compared to this one. Although AGM is a new brand to the market but I think their product design is cool.

Don’t purchase unless… – . . . you need a constant source of frustration added to your daily life. Slow, buggy, update is never actually updated. Contact customer support on Facebook? Questionable enough, that after I complained of not being satisfied, communication was drawn out for weeks and the address given to return the phone to looked like an abandoned warehouse, in Cali. With my info already on the device? I kept it for a back-up.
