Good phone, but finding a good service is unlikely – The phone itself is fantastic, which is why I’m so upset I couldn’t get tracfone to work with any of the 3 carriers. They all said it doesn’t work with my phone. I’m at a loss at what to do at this point, so that’s why the overall review gets 2 stars, because what’s the point of having such a good phone if I can’t even use it? I had to revert back to my old phone which is old, small, and extremely slow.

Great phone. Great customer service – This phone is built to withstand very rugged conditions. I’m outdoors a lot and hard on my equipment. This phone can take the abuse.

Took a gamble; can’t recommend this phone. – I really wanted to like this phone. I work in the industrial maintenance field, so the rugged phone, battery life, and especially the thermal camera were huge perks to have in a phone. That being said, i had to return two of these because of failed screens.

I love it – Very happy so far. I do wish it had wireless charging. I’ve never really wanted it and realize it would limit charge rate but it would make it so you wouldn’t have to deal with the power port cover just to charge it.

Awesome infrared camera – useful measuring temperature on equipment at work – This is a rugged phone with a battery that lasts 3 days with 40% charge left. I used with GPS on for 8+ hours and still had 50% battery left. The thermal camera is a great tool if you work with equipment.
