Network support is changing – Bought to use with tmobile and despite their online unlocked phone checker saying that the phone works with the phone’s imei you go in store on call their support and get told SPRINT does not support it. The more recent sprint T mobile merger makes this phone useless for the T moble carrier. It could also be the provider trying to block unlocked phones in a new business decision but who knows. Phone appears great just wish it worked with more carriers
